Important information on community participation in 2022 were summarized as follows：1. Talent Cultivation and Academic Exchange
- ◆ Recognizing talent as a capital asset for both society and the nation, our company places emphasis not only on the internal development of our workforce but also actively engages in external talent cultivation. This includes signing cooperative education agreements with universities, providing internship opportunities for students, offering workplace experiential programs, and inviting faculty and students from partnering schools to visit. In 2022, our company made project donations to the National Taiwan University Founding Fund, established scholarships in collaboration with the Department of Optometry of Central Taiwan University of Science and Technology, and facilitated visits and exchanges with the Hsin Sheng Junior College of Medical Care and Management.
- ◆ Collaborating with affiliated clinics, we jointly organized the 7th International Refractive Cataract Surgery Forum and the 1st Annual Academic Symposium of the Taiwan Intraocular Implantation and Refractive Surgery Society. We actively assist affiliated clinics in participating in domestic and international ophthalmological academic exchanges, staying informed about the latest trends in ophthalmic medical developments and regulatory dynamics, and fostering positive interactions with industry peers.

In support of local vocational education, to enhance students' practical work experience, and mitigate the risk of manpower shortages, our company actively engages in industry-academia collaboration and cooperative education programs with nearby universities and colleges.
