Corporate Value Enhancement Plan
To enhance corporate value, the Company formulates and discloses its operational strategies and business plans, and actively engages with shareholders and stakeholders to promote corporate value and sustainable development. In accordance with Article 13-3 of the “Corporate Governance Best Practice Principles,” approved by the Board of Directors on August 13, 2025, the Company has established the “Corporate Value Enhancement Plan.”
